Please join us your local CFMA Chapter for a presentation and Q&A on Construction Payment Disputes and Litigation Avoidance – Protecting Your Financial Interests, presented by Rob Pitkin, Attorney with Horn Aylward & Bandy, LLC.   Construction payment disputes is the leading legal issue for the construction industry.  Rob will cover legal response, deadlines and processes to address slow/non-payment issues, mechanics liens and bond claim processes to protect financial interests.  In addition, we will have a Q&A covering any other legal topics and trends.  Please register by Friday, January 10th.

 

Rob Pitkin is a shareholder in the Construction Law Group at the law firm of Horn Aylard & Bandy, LLC in Crown Center.  A native Iowan, he graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois and obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in North Carolina.  He is a member of the bar in both Missouri and Kansas.  Rob has been listed in Best Lawyers in America in Construction Law since 2010 and was named Lawyer of the Year in Kansas City for 2020.
