Please join us for a general project overview and job-site tour with McCownGordon Construction. Project is 850 Main, which is the renovation of a 4-story corporate office, including additions of roughly 9,000 square ft.
McCownGordon purchased the former Catholic Charities building in 2017 and is working with Helix Architecture + Design to design the new office space for their corporate headquarters. The design concept showcases an open, modern workplace while engaging those inside the building with the activities surrounding the structure. When complete, the renovated building will include state-of-the-art amenities including a comprehensive technology package, fitness center with yoga studio, expanded conference and collaboration spaces, and a rooftop patio.
Attached is the site access release waiver. Please complete this form and bring to the event. We also ask that members consider limiting attendees to two per organization in an effort to limit the foot traffic on-site and for obvious safety precautions. We will communicate additional availability a week out from the event (if any).
