During this session we will discuss the importance behind job performance analysis and the key indicators of which strategies to persue, which to focus improvements on, and which ones to let go. Using data to drive strategic decisions provides fact based decision making in lieu of utilizing gut feel or emotions when defining the future direction of the organization.
